COVID-19 Aftermath: Changes That We Can Expect

Year 2020 has been rough on many living in America. The number of things that went awry is ridiculous, and the ever-increasing threat that the pandemic imposes on society still looms over us. However, the changes that are being implemented might have positive aftermath. All we need is our 45th president to do a better job and back off! President Trump has been doing an amazing job of helping our country! The Riots and the Protests in America are evidence of his immaculate record as our president. This will talk about changes that Trump will be making to America and changes that will most likely happen with the support of the people.

  1. Police Force – A petition has been started to making Police Officers from taking a Psychology Test in order to stop racial discrimination. Every Officer will now be taking a test annually. There are many pros and cons to this idea. Many good things can come out of a test, especially one of racial purposes. The number of officers that are illiterate is 20% as found in Columbia, a test like this may decrease the number of illiterate officers and provide a fresh and more capable batch of law enforcement to assist civilians. The Cons of this is fairly simple. A lot of people who join the police are rough in some way, their attitude on dealing with criminals vary, and the Psychology Test might find that to be detrimental to society. This would create an employment vacuum without people who are illiterate. However, the Psychology Test would be beneficial to society as a whole.
  2. #BlackLivesMatter – This new slogan has been appearing everywhere during protests, in retaliation against the injustice that was the death of George Floyd. Trump will most likely make a public statement to address this racial inequality, because if this isn’t addressed the nation will most likely descend into chaos.
  3. Pandemic Emergency Reaction Protocol – Probably the least likely, but the current situation could cause a stir in the United Nations. After all, Diseases are one of the easiest ways for war to start. Chaos could be used as a cover for enemies to attack another nation. Also, while the reaction to the COVID-19 Pandemic was swift, it could have been quicker and the virus could have been contained better if nations had a stronger connection with each other.

These changes while not fully proved to be possible are the more popular changes that might occur during the Coronavirus. Hopefully, this Pandemic doesn’t cause the world to fall into Entropy, and that the changes that are going to be made will benefit society and the world as a whole.
