10 Awesome Tips On How To Get A Better Sleep
Feeling Sleepy? Can’t sleep though, right? Don’t worry, Life’s Answers is here to save the day with 10 Awesome Tips On How To Get A Better Sleep. Although, you don’t have to follow this exactly; But it is good for your health and it feels awesome!
1. Sleep and wake up at similar timings: This means to sleep at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each day. Obviously you don’t have to sleep with pinpoint accuracy cuz um…. You know. Also when I say sleep and wake up at the same time, don’t sleep at twelve every day and wake up at three. I MEAN COME ON! HOW WOULD YOU GET YOUR SLEEP?!
2. Avoid naps after 3 P.M: This means well…Don’t take a power nap after three PM. And don’t do what I used to do sometimes, If I can’t sleep after 3 PM, I’ll sleep before 3 PM. And then ten seconds later, during my Algebra lesson. ZZZZZ…..ZZZZZZZ…. Yeah, Don’t do that. Also whenever your parents tell you: TAKE A NAP! NOW! At or after three PM, then you could be like: NO MOM! IT”S 3:00, I CAN’T SLEEP NOW! And BOOM! They’ll be awestruck at your awesomeness!
3. Stay away from alcohol and caffeine: Specifically avoid all Tea and Coffee and Alcohol at noon or after. Because, matter of fact, Coffee keeps you up late at night so ….yeah. It’s probably best to not even drink alcohol anyway. DON’T DO DRUGS KIDS!

4. Avoid Nicotine completely: This speaks for itself, It literally means don’t do Nicotine or basically any sort of drugs, I’ll say this again. DON’T DO DRUGS KIDS!
5. Get regular exercise: This means to get regular exercise but not within 2-3 hours of bedtime, so don’t just go doing pushups and crunches and whatnot late in the night. Also don’t ask your siblings to go do exercise in the middle of the night without headphones, or this will happen: * Having a great sleep, Rock Music Max Volume at 2:17 AM, “Why Me?!!!!” *
6. Don’t eat a heavy meal late in the day: This means don’t eat a heavy meal at 10:30 PM or something like that, but a late night snack is fine. Just don’t stuff yourself at 11:47 PM, trust me I’ve been there, It was not pleasant.
7. Make your bedroom comfortable: This means turn your bedroom from that gigantic ocean of mess to a clean bedroom. MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 3: The Bedroom Of Doom. Try to make your bedroom as dark as possible not too warm and not too cold. And try to relax with some relaxation music on your phone.
8. Follow a daily routine to help you fall asleep: This basically means if you have some sort of way to make yourself fall asleep ( a.k.a books, music, binge watching netflix; I mean who would binge watch Netflix late at night [Not me, right] ).
9. Don’t lie in bed awake: This means well.. Don’t lie in bed awake, if you can’t sleep in 20 minutes do something to calm you down or make you less stressed like reading, and music, and binge watching Netflix.
10. Trouble?: If you have any sleep issues, than go consult your doctor in case it’s anything serious such as insomnia or whatnot.
