10 Awesome Tips to keep a Good Diet
Really hard to keep a good diet, isn’t it? Yeah, watching your friend load up on those awesome fries really makes your stomach growl. And as temptation grows, your diet’s span decreases. But don’t worry Life’s Answers is here to save the day! With 10 pretty nifty tips to keep your diet alive.
1. You could eat carbs, BUT only GOOD CARBS, like whole wheat, that is completely fine. Don’t go loading up on your friend’s fries. Although it is really tempting. Do it only for your sake and your diet’s.
2. Pay attention to protein packages. What I mean is you should eat as much beans, nuts, fish, and poultry. Don’t overeat those, because who’s going to eat those other good things. Yes, you could eat some carbs, just don’t eat one-fourth. NO! I said no fries!
3. Choose things with healthy fats. This is pretty simple, the list includes oil; but only plant oils: Olive oil, Sunflower oil, etc. But the best oil for a diet is Canola Oil. The list for healthy fats includes Canola oil (Plant oils will do), nuts, and fish.
4. Choose a fiber-filled diet, rich in whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. Oatmeal is good, any fruit or vegetable, especially Lemons and Spinach. Both of which are high in the nutrition charts.
5. For those who didn’t understand the first four, eat as much vegetables and fruits as you can. Like in colors, dark green, red, yellow, and etc. (Bell peppers, Spinach, Apples, Lemons, and all the things you can get.)
6. Calcium is important! I’m not saying run to the nearest milk jug and chug it. I mean balanced. And by the way, milk isn’t the only, or even best, source of calcium. It’s actually seeds, SEEDS! And I never knew…
7. A pretty obvious one: Water. Go easy on the sugary drinks like juice and soda, water is all you need to stay hydrated.
8. Eat less salt. This is kind of weird, isn’t it? Everything has salt. No, I just mean to eat more fresh foods and less processed foods. Like leafy vegetables, and NO fries from the store nearby. Of course, you could still eat salt, just not too much.
9. Please, Please, Please don’t try too drink too much alcohol. Do MODERATE drinking, too much can be addicting and could damage your own body, and it will negate the effect of your diet. My suggestion: lay off on the alcohol, it’s bad for you anyways.
10. A daily multivitamin is a great nutrition insurance policy. Can’t have too much vitamins. This is pretty obvious, go out more, eat vegetables, and enjoy your fruits. Of course wear your sunscreen!
Well, those were 10 Awesome Tips to keep a Good Diet. I hope you enjoy, and I will see you next time.
