The Amygdala is the part of the brain responsible for emotional sadness, such as depression, anger, sorrow, mourning, and a heart ache. Scientists and researchers conducted a mind-blowing experiment in which 40 people part of an unwanted breakup were put in a brain scan. In the scan it showed unbelievable results, when those people looked at their exes and start remembering their breakup. It showed that these people, when staring at those photos, the part of the brain responsible for PHYSICAL pain flared up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that the pathway between emotional and physical pain are interconnected by the same nerves. Also, as studies show, those people who looked at those photos, when taking Tylenol for three weeks fared much better than those who took placebos. No one says you have to take Tylenol, Mr.Clean and wipes. Some other person might like you, but if you continue that medication plan, then your liver will hate you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also physical effects to a broken heart, like getting a cold after, your muscles will become swollen, your neck more stiff, and a lot of other things could happen. After all the nerves connecting the physical pain to a mental pain are intertwined. Also many other strange things happen, that scientists cannot explain like depression, anxiety.
